Trial lessons and lesson enquiries are scheduled on a binding basis only after personal confirmation by Musicalbox.

Preferred times submitted through the booking form are suggestions. Musicalbox confirms a suitable slot or proposes alternatives.

Please let us know about cancellations or rescheduling as early as possible so that available time slots can be offered again.

Prices, duration and lesson format are based on the confirmed offer and current price list.

The gift card terms also apply to trial-lesson gift cards.
