Offers in the shop are a curated selection with the option to enquire or purchase. For high-value instruments, availability, condition and final handover are confirmed personally.

Prices are stated in Swiss francs. Errors, prior sale and obvious data-entry mistakes are reserved.

For delivery countries available at checkout, shipping and packaging are shown before the order is placed and added to the total price. Collection in Baden is free. Shipments that cannot be calculated automatically require an enquiry first.

For deliveries to the USA, the displayed total includes a fixed allowance for expected import costs. Musicalbox arranges shipment with duties charged to the sender and bears any difference between that allowance and the actual charges; no additional shipping or customs charges will be requested for the same order. In other countries, import duties, taxes and handling fees may be payable by the recipient. Deliverability, origin and any import restrictions are checked before dispatch; if the agreed delivery is not possible, any payment already made will be refunded.

Reservations, workshop jobs and lesson appointments become binding only once Musicalbox has personally confirmed them.

The effort, cost and time required for workshop work depend on the instrument after inspection. Musicalbox provides an assessment before carrying out further work.
