Privacy at Musicalbox
This notice briefly explains how Musicalbox handles data related to the shop, advice, workshop service, lessons, gift cards and contact enquiries.
Data we process
We process the data you provide through contact forms, orders, gift card enquiries or booking requests. This includes your name, contact details, enquiry, the relevant product or service, preferred appointment times and payment status.
How we use the data
We use this data to answer enquiries, prepare reservations, coordinate lessons or workshop services, process orders and comply with legal retention requirements.
Payments and third parties
When online payment is available, external payment providers may process the payment. Musicalbox does not store complete card details.
Retention and your rights
We retain data only for as long as needed to process transactions, maintain records or meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion directly by email.
Optional website analytics
We load Google Analytics 4 from Google only with your permission. It measures visits to public pages using cookies. Google receives technical connection and usage data. We do not transmit form contents, contact details, payment details or URL query parameters. Google Signals, advertising personalisation and automatic form measurement are disabled.
Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. The analytics cookies configured by us also expire after 180 days. You can refuse or withdraw permission through Privacy preferences in the footer. Analytics remains off without your permission; the shop, contact forms and booking still work.
